WHAT CAN HUDDINGE STEEL DO
Square bars are flexible when it comes to design and shaping.
At Huddinge Steel, we offer quality assignments in cutting, welding, and painting of angle bars.
The square bars are cut using band saws and circular saws. We have optically controlled cutting machines that enable fine-cut details. We deliver forged items in various shapes and qualities.
We cut, and clip, to the measurements and angles that you need for your square bars. At Huddinge Steel, we have access to IWS competence for welding supervision for EXC2 entirely in accordance with SS EN 1090-2.
We also carry out painting of structures with a length of up to 22 meters and a width of up to 4 meters. The painting is done in Huddinge and we do both primer and lacquering, class 1 to 5.
STAINLESS SQUARE BAR
Stainless square bar is used in environments with higher corrosivity rating than square bars of, for example, s355 steel. Most stainless steel types offer good weldability and formability. Huddinge Steel does not stock stainless flat bar but it can be ordered.

ALUMINIUM SQUARE BAR
Aluminium square bar is used in environments with a higher corrosivity rating than square bars of s355 steel but they do not have the same load-bearing capacity. Huddinge Steel does not stock aluminium square bars but they can be ordered.
S355 SQUARE BAR
Square bars in s355 are a common alloy and suitable for most structures. S355 is suitable for welding and bending. Square bars in s355 are stocked at Huddinge Steel.
